Return of product(s)
Apparel refund criteria
MASH Lifestyle takes pride in our quality control system of our apparel. We will not ship products that we ourselves are not satisfied with.
Return within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the MASH Lifestyle online store (www.mash.com.my)
Product(s) can be returned for exchange provided the product(s) is returned in
30 days from date of product received. Anything beyond 30 days will not be entertained. Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st June, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 30th June.
New and original condition with original product packaging and labels (looks used/washed/torn/stain/smells).
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.
If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt.
Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
Refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived to us.
The apparel has been checked and vetted as per Apparel Refund Criteria.
Customer refund will be done via online transfer.
